We want you to love your loot! If something isn't quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Is my loot eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item meet all of these conditions:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- Have your receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
How do I start the return process?
- To begin a return, contact us at support@themerchgoblin.com
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions for sending your package back safely.
- Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved,your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
- If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at: support@themerchgoblin.com
Please note: Returns sent without contacting us first and being accepted cannot be refunded.
